This kind of wind gusts (40+ mph) marked the teaching of the principles and testimony of ORT in Sept. 2010 in Montpelier Ohio where prophets declared and prayed into the "winds of change" during my teaching. 40+MPH wind gusts marked the last day of the ORT Kick Off in Bellingham WA in Feb. 2011. An intercessor gave a prophetic word during that same meeting declaring it was the "winds of change." This was the 3rd occurence where 40+ mph wind gusts occured during the presentation of the truths surrounding the ORT strategy.
