Proven = They've been trained by me through CONECT or ORT and we see fruit; fruit that remains over time. They've been faithful to train others using what I have taught them. In many cases, the same signs that follow me follow them. In Covenant with Tim = There are 5 elements of covenant. One of the elements are the signs of covenant. There are two primary signs. I look for. Are they faithful to use the strategies and principles faithfully and do they sow financially. I learned long ago that what you honor, you attract. These who sow into the gifts in my life can expect those gifts and anointings to manifest in their life too.
